New Kuka Robot is on it’s way!

After watching eBay for a long time, I finally took a risk and bought an industrial robot arm! The arm is a Kuka KR210 manufactured in 2004. It doesn’t come with a controller, so I will be retrofitting it with custom servo drives and a controller. Not sure what kind of controller I will use, but LinuxCNC might be a starting point.
The robot is being shipped from Michigan, and this is the first time I have setup a freight shipment, so hopefully it gets here in one piece! I will take some pictures and post the drop off process, getting it in the garage might be tricky.
